AixSponza is a motion graphics, animation and VFX studio located in Munich, Germany. We create commercials, animate graphical worlds, design the look of broadcast networks, develop particle effects and sometimes plugins and render photoreal car paint for the latest MINI cars. We care about quality and handle demanding commercial productions in a professional way. If need be, we organize shootings, do rotoscoping and color correction and we integrate virtual objects with real footage. We do all this on the most recent Apple hardware running Windows 64, using Cinema4D, ZBrush, Vray, finalRender, Maxwell, After Effects, Shake and Final Cut Pro. But all the other applications out there are acceptable as well.

who assists us with our calculations, bids and proceedings. Someone who manages animation and VFX projects individually and responsibly and who does controlling, too. Work experience in the field of movie production or post production and a structured working method are important to us.

who loves design as well as the technical side of things. Someone who cares about the whole production process, who is not scared by complicated setups and who loves to solve difficult problems as a team member. Besides, it doesn't matter which software you use.

who is experienced with classical or computer animation as well as character animation. Someone, who has a good feeling for timing and who's equally capable of animating a jumping character as well as some strange car parts deep inside a Diesel motor.

working with Shake, Nuke or Fusion who squeezes the final 10% out of our 3D layers and surprises us by clever tricks to create gorgeous looking photoreal or fantastic imagery.
